Digital Disruption in an Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Requires New Skills
The age of digital disruption is accelerating at an exponential rate. Research, proactive training of AI systems, and adoption is a reality and impacts the skillsets that industry needs in its workforce.
While some jobs will be displaced, most jobs will be transformed. The K-12 system initially responded with digital learning programs. But this is no longer sufficient. Schools across the country are beginning to transform the conversation.
Higher education (with the help of directed corporate investments) is responding as well. Companies are encouraged to take immediate action steps to start building a culture of learning alongside of machines to minimize the need to find talent elsewhere.
