Mentorship: Creating effective mentoring experiences for those underrepresented in STEM
Hear from a panel of organizations – both those providing mentors and those serving mentees – as they share lessons learned on how to build and sustain STEM mentoring programs/relationships, as well as best practices in mentoring underrepresented youth in STEM.
Then break into small groups to work with other session attendees on planning and next steps for your mentoring efforts (Ex: Are you looking to build a mentoring program? Are you a mentor looking to improve their practice? And more!).
