PROJECT LEAD THE WAY

Project Lead The Way (PLTW) is a nonprofit organization that provides a transformative learning experience for PreK-12 students and teachers across the nation. PLTW's activity-, project-, and problem-based (APB) instructional design centers on hands-on, real-world activities, projects, and problems that help students understand how the knowledge and skills they develop in the classroom may be applied in everyday life. PLTW's programs include the following:

• Launch (PreK-5)

• Gateway (6-8 grades)

• Computer Science (9-12 grades)

• Engineering (9-12 grades)

• Biomedical Science (9-12 grades)

• Professional Development for Educators
