The EgGS Initiative (Engaging Girls in STEM) is offering high school girls a unique opportunity to work with STEM professional women from a variety of companies on strategies and business skills to help them thrive in fields traditionally dominated by men. The half-day workshop encourages girls to think like a professional while working on competencies key to their long-term success. It is designed for sophomore, junior and senior students.
There is no cost to participate, but seating is limited. Schools should register their students as soon as possible.
• May 13 at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa
