Step 1 - Build your Team
Assemble a district wide team to shape the integration of CS education in your district, school, or classroom
STEP 2 - Determine Current Status
Assess the current state of CS education available to your students and what an ideal future state would be for the district
Step 3 - Set appropriate Goals
Move CS education forward in your district by setting goals, evaluating the results, and adjusting the plan as needed

Preparing students for a digital economy continually disrupted by technological advances requires that they are aware of the changing worlds of higher education and work. Support your students and staff by:
Acting as a support system for members of your team to expand their network, access resources, and earn licenses to increase capacity.
Consider the data points you will track and identify your baseline so that you can track your progress.
Being an ambassador for change in your school’s Academic and Career Planning process so that all students have access to opportunities’ that support the development of human, technological and data literacy skills.
