Since 1953, STEM Forward has annually recognized an outstanding contributor to the engineering profession in the Milwaukee area with the Engineer of the Year award. In 2001, the Young Engineer of the Year award was added for engineers under the age of 40. Nominees must be from the Milwaukee 7 region and/or have worked in the area for at least five years. Additional eligibility criteria can be found in the nomination form.
Winners will be recognized at the Engineers Week Banquet on Feb. 15, 2018. The Engineers Week Banquet is a celebration that honors Milwaukee's engineering community.
